Ingredients

  • 1potato boiled and sliced
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 cupsago(soaked)
  • 1/2 cuproasted groundnut powder
  • to tasteRock salt
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • For garnishingChopped apple slices and pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds, green chilli

  3. 3

    Cook for a minute

  4. 4

    Add rock salt, red chilli powder (optional) and mix well

  5. 5

    Add chopped potato, sago and groundnut powder and curd mix well

  6. 6

    Add sugar

  7. 7

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds and apple slices and serve hot.
