Cooking Instructions

Soak the abacha in warm water to soften then drain the water and keep.

Mix the potash with 2 teaspoon of water drain the liquid and pour inside the palmoil.turn very well it will change the colour of the palmoil to yellow.

Slice the fresh pepper add,Salt,Stock cubes taste if is ok.put turn abacha and turn very well.

Boil the fish and pomo with salt and Stock cubes till is done.fry the fish with Bleach palmoil for 3minutes.

Slice the uziza leaves.serve everything together and enjoy the meal
