In a pot, steam the frozen vegetables with salt. In a pan, heat up the oil and saute the ginger garlic paste. Add the curry paste, coconut milk. Now add the steamed vegetables and let it cook on low heat until it thickens and comes together. Add a little water if needed. Cook until the flavor seeps in to the vegetables and they are tender. Garnish with chopped coriander.
