Steps

Take Boiled potato in a bowl and mash it

Add Carrot, Beetroot, Onion cubes, Frenchbin, ginger, Garam Masala, chat masala, red Chilli powder, ararot, Sugar and Lemon, bread crumbsand mix them well.

Take dough of potato mixture and give desired shape with help of cookies cutter.

Keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.

Dip cutlet into ghol of maida & ararot and coat with breadcrumbs & keep it again in fridge for 10 minutes.

Take out from fridge and fry. 4 Flavours Veg Cutlet (Sweet, salty, Sour and acrid flavour)is ready. Serve with chutney.
