Heat oil in a pressure cooker

Add hing and cumin seeds when cumin begins to crack then add besan.

Besan will roast until it is brown in oil

Then add tomatoes pure.

Tomatoes also roast well until the oil leaves.

Then add salt,turmeric, red chilli powder and stir well.

Then add nutrella, carry pieces and stir properly.

Add a 1 glass of water and apply 4 to 5 whistles.

After that the cover of the cooker will open.

After that, add potato and kunduru If water is less then water can be add (as you required) and put 3 to 4 whistles in it again.

Now the lid of the cooker will open and check the vegetables well cooked or not.

If cooked well then switch off the gas and finally add sprinkle garam masala and garnish with Green coriander leaves.

Now ready to eat.
