A very easy to make recipe can use as breakfast snack or dinner. Jain can replace onions with grated kheera/cucumber.
Steps

Mix all ingredients together and make a pouring consistency batter. It should be little thin than Dosa batter.

Rest it for an hour.

Pour with a laddle and make puda (Dosa) on hot griddle..

Add bit oil if required and cook it on both sides.

Serve with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney.
