Heat oil and temper jeera seeds whole red chilli and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add red chilli Powder and cumin coriander powder mix well

Add raisins and sugar pour the boiled daal and boil

Finally add garam masala powder and mix
- 6
Serve it with chapati or puri
