Steps

Heat up frying pan and once its hot, add canola oil and stir in onion once the oil is heated

Stir in diced sausages afterwards and stir once the sausages is cooked, add pepper and bell pepper, salt and dash of knorr and stir everything together

Cook for about 2 minutes and stir them aside and create space to fry the eggs

Break egg carefully into the frying pan and allow it fry make sure not to stir or scramble to get the sunny side up effect

Serve with toast bread for breakfast
