Boil water and add soya chunks in it. Leave it for 5 mins. Blanch carrot.

Now take soya chunks in your hand and press them to retain extra water. Grind soya chunks to make a paste.

Tale a bowl add soya paste, besan, and every ingredient we need to prepare soya vegetables vade to this bowl except oil. Mix them well.

Now heat oil in a pan and fry vadas from this better.

Yummy and healthy vadas are ready to eat. Serve with tomato sauce.
