First melt butter in a deep frying pan or wok. Add carrots, peas and garlic salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for about 10-15 minutes or until softened.

Use directions on box to cook quinoa.

Mine said boil water add quinoa and boil for 10 minutes.

Once vegetables and quinoa is done, add quinoa to the vegetables and stir it together.

Serve it on its own or as a side dish.
