Ingredients

20-25lady's finger
1 cuproasted gramflour
4 tspcoriander powder
1 tspchaat masala
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
Oil

Steps

First wash lady'sfinger and dry it then make a cut to fill the stuffing..

Mix all ingredients and 1tsp mustard oil and fill the lady'finger

Heat a pan put oil and place lady's finger one by one.Don't cover it...Cook in mefium flame till it's crunchy little and check in middle so it don't get burnt and cooked properly..

Now it's done off the flame..Serve and enjoy..
