First boil the maggi.this is chings Manchurian Maggi which i have use here

Cut all the vegetables

Then heat the oil in a pan /kadai

Add chopped onion fry until golden brown then add chopped tomato, cabbage, carrot, green chilli stir fry for 2-3 mins in high flame

Then add all sauces and instant masala mix with then add boiled Maggi again mix it well together

Then add salt to taste (when required) mix it well

Then Chinese style maggi is ready to eat

Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion

Serve hot
