Ingredients

1medium sized cauliflower (grated)
3/4 cupgram flour
1green chilli (finely chopped)
1onion (length wise cut)
fewFresh coriander leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspdry mango powder
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tspbaking soda

Steps

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and make a batter.

Grease a nonstick microwave tawa..And place 2tbsp of batter and flatten.(3 or 4 at a time) Spray lil oil.

Bake for 8 to 10 min..In preheated microwave oven.

Flip and again keep in microwave for 4 to 5 min.(Micro+grill+combo mode)
