In a bowl add some potatoes, coriander leaves,ginger, garlic, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala,salt and mix it well.

In another bowl take some maida and water to make a thin Batter.

Make equal sized balls from potato mixture. Give a katori shape then dip into maida batter.

In a pan add oil,coat the potato nest with vermicelli. Deep fry till it turn golden brown.

In a bowl add grated paneer, salt and pepper powder. Mix it well. Make round ball from it.

Now it is ready to be serve...
