  • 100 gmsPirandai
  • 20 gmsTamarind
  • 2ts salt, mustard, urad dal, Pepper, sesame, cooking oil
  • 5red chillies

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut the pirandai into small pieces and fry it till it becomes brown.

    In a fry pan fry all other ingredients.

  3. 3

    In a mixer grinder grind it into smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Thokku is ready to taste.

  5. 5

    Can be kept for a week.
