Ingredients

30 Minutes
8 servings
  1. 1 cupOats
  2. 1/2 cupRawa
  3. 3boiled Yam
  4. 1/2 cupCurd
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 cupSpinach finely chopped
  8. Green/Red chillies - 1 finely chopped
  9. 1/2 tspCumin
  10. 2 tspOil

Steps

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and finely chop spinach.
    Add curd, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and Yam to Oats and Rawa in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add chopped spinach and chillies to it.
    Make a dough by adding little water at a time.

  3. 3

    Rest the batter for 15 to 20 mins. and make tikkis from this dough.

    Heat the skillet. Pour some oil drops and pour the batter. Cook on low flame. When cooked from one side, flip it. Keep the flame on low. Cook the other side.

    When it turn into golden colour, serve hot with any chutney sauce of your choice.
