Steps

Take the milk in a container and bring it to a boil.

Now take 1 tbsp custard powder and some cold milk and mix them well so that there are no lumps.

When the milk in the container comes to a boil, add the custard powder paste in it and boil it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, keep this milk aside and let it cool down completely.

Peel the mangoes and grind them in the mixer along with sugar and cardamom powder.

When the milk has come down to the room temperature, pour it in the mixer and blend it again with the mangoes.

Now the mixture has become thick.

Pour the mixture in the ice cream moulds and keep them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Now take the moulds out of the freezer, put ice cream sticks in them and freeze them for 8-10 hours.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and keep it in normal water for 1 minute so that it comes out easily without breaking.

Your delicious mango kulfi is ready to eat.
