Ingredients

2 serving

1/2small tuber water yam
4fresh pepper (blended)
1onion bulb (chopped)
2 tablespoonpalm oil
2 cubeMaggi
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Peel water yam, grate into a bowl.

Add pepper,onions,maggi and salt then stir very well,so everything can mix very correctly.

Heat up pan then add palm oil pour the grated yam.

Leave it for 3 minutes.Then flip the other side to cook.

Continue the process till everything finish.
