  • 1 cupmung daal
  • to tasteSalt
  • As needed Oil
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspChaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take flour add salt oil and knead dough from water

  2. 2

    Now take pan add oil add soaked moong dal in it fry dem 10 mint now add all spices in it and mix all

  3. 3

    Now take dough make ball and roll it now add stuffing in it and fry dem and make kachori
