Now heat the oil in a deep wok dip brinjal one by one coating nicely with batter and deep fry in a med hot oil at a time 4-5 slices will be fry

Make all the pakodas and spread on a tissue kitchen napkin to absorb the excess oil

Now ready for plating and serve with tomato chilli sauce or sweet tamarind chutney
