Peel the potatoes and slice it with slicer. Just like chips

Take a bowl. Add besan, ajwain ginger garlic paste, haldi and salt

Add water to make batter like idli batter. No lumps there should be

Heat a pan. Put oil for heating. Take one by one potatoes chips in the batter. Coat it with besan and fry it till turns crispy and golden

Your aalo pakoda is ready. Serve with Dahi, sauce, chilli as u like but it feels great with a hot tea
