In large mixing bowl add semolina,curd,salt,sugar,termeric powder and mix it very well.

Heat oil in a deep pan add mustared and then add the whole thing in the batter.

Whisked the batter very well and keep it aside atlist 10 min for the semolina to puff up.

After 10 min add eno powder and whisk. Add water and make the batter very smooth.

Take a container for making dhokla, grease with oil and put the batter in it.

Keep water to boil in a vessel put inside the jali stand and switch on the flame.

As water boils put the dhokla container in water. Cover and cook it for 20 min.

After 20 min check the dhokla and take out the container and cut it nice shape.

For tadka, heat tadka pan add oil and mustared, green chilli and curry leaves and sugar and put tadka over the dhokla.

Soft and spongy rava dhokla is ready. Serve it any kind of chutney.
