In a bowl put refined flour and salt and make a tight dough..

Keep it aside for 15 minute

In a pan put oil and heat it

Add green chilli and saute them

Then add all veggies into it and saute for a minute

Add salt and black pepper and mix well.

After it got slightly done turn off the flame and your filling is ready to use

Now take a ball out of the dough and roll a thin disc.

You can use flour to roll the disc if required

Then stuff 2 tsp filling and close the sides by giving pleats or any shape you want.

Heat water in steamer or dhokla maker or idli maker and place all momos into it.

Cover it and let it steam for 20 minute or untill get done

It got transparency in outer layer.

Then take it out and serve hot with ur favourite chilli dip.
