Ingredients

  • 100 mlmilk
  • 200 grmswheat flour
  • 3kienyeji eggs
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Vanilla essence (optional
  • Enough oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl whisk the eggs, add the sugar and salt and mix

  2. 2

    Add the milk and mix till frothy. Add vanilla essence

  3. 3

    Add the flour gradually and mix to get a smooth runny barter. Should not be too runny bt runny in a way if you tilt the pan it will spread

  4. 4

    Put your pan on the gas, add kidogo oil and swirl to spread the oil (i used nonstick pan)

  5. 5

    Let your heat be on minimum level.

  6. 6

    Add some barter and tilt the pan to spread or you can use a spoon to spread

  7. 7

    Do not disturb the pancake for 1 minute.

  8. 8

    Add the oil on the edges of the pancake all around

  9. 9

    Twirl the pancake using a spoon till that side is properly cooked.

  10. 10

    Flip and cook the other side. Repeat the process till done
