Steps

Mix besan, buttermilk, turmeric powder, salt, adrak mirch paste mix well so that no lumps remain.

Take plate and grease it with some oil and pour some batter of besan in it,It should be thin not so thick

Take steamer put plate in it and steam it for 2-3 min.

After it cools down cut it and roll in shape of khandvi.

Take a pan put oil, jira, mustard seed, finely chop green chillies, curry leaves, white til.

Spinkle it and coriander leaves on khandvi.
