Lauki ka halwa
A tasty sweet dish

Pour the milk in a kadhahi or any heavy bottom utensil. Boil the milk.

Take small amount of milk and dip saffron in it. Let it be there.

Peel the Lauki and wash it before grating. Grate Lauki and put in a kadhahi without squeezing it.

Cook for half an hour on medium flame. Check the consistency, it should be thick.
If not cook for 10-15 min more. - 5
Now Put dry fruits in it and switch off the flame.
Mix the kesar milk in it and keep in fridge.
You can serve this halwa hot also.
