  1. Ingredients for thandai powder
  2. 1/2 cuppistachios
  3. 1/2 cupalmond
  4. 12 strandsaffron
  5. 2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  7. 1/2 cupcashewnut broken
  8. 1 litermilk for boil
  9. 10 strandsaffron
  10. 6tbspsugar

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients in a mixer jar grind to a coarse powder

  2. 2

    Store in air tight jar

  3. 3

    Take milk add in pan and let it boil for 10 min now add 10 strand of saffron add 6 tblspn of sugar put the gas off keep in refrigerator for half an hour or till it became chill

  4. 4

    Now take a mixer jar add this cold milk 5 tblsp of thandai powder add ice now grind all

  5. 5

    Serve in glass garnish with saffron and thandai powder
