Soya keema is one unique dish that caters to all the vegetarians. It is an excellent dry snack item made with chunks and spices combined together and made into dumplings and deep fried.
Steps

Soak soya chunks in a hot water about 5 to 10 minutes.Strian the water soya and grate a mixture put in a bowl soya chunks.

Now add besan, salt, turmeric,red chilli,onion, green chill, coriander leave, paste and lemon juice mix it well and make small dumplings.

Once they are made heat some oil in a kadhai.Deep fry them and once the colour changes darker take them on a tissue paper.

Serve hot with green chilli sauce or tomato sauce..
