Chaach is very popular in up but all over India people make it in different style. Today I am going to make chaach with some healthier twist. With goodness of coconut and chia seeds.Grate the coconut and grind it with help of little water

Strain in fine sieve and collect coconut milk, in this recipe I use half coconut to make milk.

This is coconut mil approx 200ml

In a blender take curd blend it wit mint paste, all salt, cumin seeds powder help of child water.approx 50 ml water. And blend for 1 minutes.

Add coconut milk and blend few seconds. In a serving glass take chiaa seed add ice cube and pour the chhachh. Decorate with mint leaves.

Note- you can use tadka after pouring the chhachh.

Tadka -curry leaves + mustard seeds, heat 1 tsp refined oil or coconut oil add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds add 4-5curry leaves. Your tadka is ready.
