Pour coconut water in a vessel

Cut cucumber in small pieces and grind it add all th salt, pepper, cumin seeds powder lemon juice, and grind again for few seconds.

Strain cucumber and add this clear cucumber water in coconut water.

In a blender blend this coconut water for few seconds your extremely fresh shikanji is ready

In a serving glass add some crushed ice and pour shikanji on it. Decorate in your own style.

Note I don't add any sugar or sweetener in this drink because of health point, and coconut water is sweet enough.

But you can add sweetener according to your taste.
