Steps

First prepare the dough for papdi. For that take suji and add salt,oil and water to make stiff dough.

Let it rest for 2 minutes and then roll out small thin papdi from it.

Prick the papdi with fork before frying. Fry it till golden crisp and then let it cool in open.

Now make stuffing. For that take mashed potatoes and add onions,boiled chana,cumin powder,salt,red chilli powder,green chilli,lemon juice and mix it nicely to make stuffing.

Now place papdi in a serving tray and add little stuffing on the top of all papdi.

Now add dahi,cumin powder, black salt,red chilli powder,red chutney,green chutney,tamarind chutney.

Finally garnish with fresh chopped coriander and mint and some sprinkles of sev bhujia.

It's ready to serve and make monsoon more spicy,flavourful and chatpata.
