For Dhuska...frst of all soak rice and split chickpea separately 4 8hrs either overnight

Now drain excess water and make a paste of both rice and pulse

Now mix both the batter and mix well.

Now add all dry spices,Salt,blck pppr,cumin seeds and mix well

If the batter is thick add sm water and check the cnsistensy I mean msg like dosa batter.

Now heat rfind oil in a fry pan...and tak a laddle full of batter and pour into oil...

Now fry the dhuska for both sides till gldn brown...and keep them on a kitchen towel and serve hot with ghugni...

For Ghugni...remove water frm blck chickpea n keep aside...tk a pressure cooker n heat musturd oil...den add sliced onion n saute...when the onion became transulent add all dry spices wid Gngr grlic paste n salt.... when masala separates oil add Blck chic pea...n saute for 5 to 10 min...now add sm water n close d lid....n wait for 5-6 whisthles..after that off d gas n wait for opening the lid..after opening, check the gravy..make sure that the gravy is thick.Now grnish wid corindr leaves n serve
