Ingredients

  • 2 cupRice -
  • 1 cupsplit chickpea
  • 7-8Whole Blck pppr-
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspGngr Grlic paste -
  • 1/2 tspTrmric powder -
  • 1/2 tspRd chilli powder -
  • Refind oil 4 frying
  • For Ghugni
  • 1 bowlBlck chickpea
  • 2med sized onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 tbspGngr Grlic paste
  • 1/2 tspTrmric powder
  • 1/2Corindr powder
  • 1/2Rd chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    For Dhuska...frst of all soak rice and split chickpea separately 4 8hrs either overnight

  2. 2

    Now drain excess water and make a paste of both rice and pulse

  3. 3

    Now mix both the batter and mix well.

  4. 4

    Now add all dry spices,Salt,blck pppr,cumin seeds and mix well

  5. 5

    If the batter is thick add sm water and check the cnsistensy I mean msg like dosa batter.

  6. 6

    Now heat rfind oil in a fry pan...and tak a laddle full of batter and pour into oil...

  7. 7

    Now fry the dhuska for both sides till gldn brown...and keep them on a kitchen towel and serve hot with ghugni...

  8. 8

    For Ghugni...remove water frm blck chickpea n keep aside...tk a pressure cooker n heat musturd oil...den add sliced onion n saute...when the onion became transulent add all dry spices wid Gngr grlic paste n salt.... when masala separates oil add Blck chic pea...n saute for 5 to 10 min...now add sm water n close d lid....n wait for 5-6 whisthles..after that off d gas n wait for opening the lid..after opening, check the gravy..make sure that the gravy is thick.Now grnish wid corindr leaves n serve
