For rolls and pakode

Mash boiled potatoes add chopped onion, peas and all spice mix well

Take grated paneer in another bowl and add all spices

Take third bowl put besan salt, ajwain, turmeric powder, little red chilli powder and mix well by adding water and make flowing batter
- 5
Take one piece bread slice cut it's side soak bread in water and squeeze the water put the batter in it and make the rolls of paneer and potatoes

Take two slices of bread and cut into two pieces i.e triangle shaped
- 7
Apply green chutney and the batter on the slice of bread and cover the other triangle on it

Dip the triangle shaped pakode in the besan batter and fry in the oil
- 9
Similarly fry the rolls

Serve it with green coriander chutney and saunth

For masala tea
Boil water add tea leaves and masala
Add milk and let it boil
Tea is ready to have with pakode
