Wash mutton keep aside

Marinate mutton with curd salt ginger garlic paste red chilli powder and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour

Put a karhai on gasstove add the refined oil or ghee add finely chopped onion slices and fry till golden brown.

Add the marinated mutton in the karhai with golden brown onion and cook till meat is tender

When mutton is tender add garam masala and cook for five minutes on low flame
- 6
Karhai pasinda is ready to serve serve with roti or bread
