Enjoy this monsoon with this new style chhole with tea
Steps

Boil the chickpeas upto 6 whistle

Let it cool completely

Dry the chickpeas with a cotton cloth

Add cornflour, rice flour, salt as per taste, cumin powder or red chilli powder

Sprinkle some water over it mix it well

In a pan heat the oil and pour the mixture in oil and deep fry

When it turns golden brown in colour and crispy take it away
- 8
Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves and little quantity of lemon juice m8x it well and enjoy with tea

Note- you can also add black pepper in mixture. And amchur in place of lemon juice
