Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 200 gmCarrot greted
  • Salt as per Taste
  • 1 tspRai crushed
  • 1 pinchChilli powder
  • 2 glassWater

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan boil the water.

  2. 2

    Add gratedcarrot & boiled 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove it from the flame.

  4. 4

    Add salt,Rai,, chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Keep it in a jar for 5,6 days.add 2,3 peice of beet root for good colour.

  6. 6

    It will be firmented.

  7. 7

    Strain it in a glass. Keep it in the fridge.

  8. 8

    Use it any time.

  9. 9

    Moong dal,or urad daal vada can also soak in it.it will enhance the taste.
