Steps

Soak kokam petals in warm water for an hour.

In a blender add kokam, garlic & chilli along with the water in which we soaked.

Strain the mixture.

Add coconut milk, salt & mix till you get a nice creamy mix.

Refrigerate & serve cold with sprinkled coriander leaves.

You can also add a tempering of rai & curry leaves in oil to sol kadi & give it a boil & serve with rice too.
