Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gramboneless chicken
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1" ginger chopped
  • 4-5 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup nuts,raisins and poppy seeds paste
  • 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  • 1 tspshahi jeera
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As nanded oil
  • As neededmilk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the onion till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add tomato and the paste of nuts raisins and poppy seeds

  4. 4

    Now cool it down and make a smooth paste

  5. 5

    Marinated the chicken pieces with it for 2-3 hrs

  6. 6

    Now heat oil and temper shahi jeera whole garam masalas and bay leaf

  7. 7

    Add the marinated chicken and saute covering it

  8. 8

    As the masala starts releasing oil add milk and simmer

  9. 9

    Finally add sugar and garam masala powder

  10. 10

    Serve it with pullav or chapati
