Ingredients

  • 1 tbspJuice of Fresh lime
  • 1+1/2 tsp Sugar or more as sweetness required
  • 1 pinchBlack salt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper powder
  • leavesFew mint
  • 1 glassWater
  • Few ice cubes to chill the drink

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve sugar in water. Mix lemon juice, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Crush mint leaves and add to it.

  3. 3

    Pour in a glass and mix ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a thin slice of lemon.

  5. 5

    Enjoy your refreshing drink shikanji.
