5-6 clovesgarlic chopped
1/2 tspginger paste
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspred chilli Powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish marinated with salt and turmeric powder
2

Keep aside the fish add garlic crushed
3

Saute well adding ginger paste and red chilli Powder
4

Saute well till the raw smell disappears
5

Add cumin powder and saute
6

Add water and simmer adding fish
7

Garnish with garam masala powder
8

Serve it with rice
