Wash brinjal then cut into 4 pieces (lengthwise), mix with dry ingredients except salt, keep for 10min, then keep thick hollow pan and heat oil. Add the brinjal pieces and fry until colour change, then add salt and tamarind paste keep stir in a low flame, pour 1/4 cup of water, cover and cook for 3 min, then add peanut butter and mix thoroughly, continue to cook in low flame until the oil comes out.

Brinjal may smash, but it will be more tasty. Spicy lovers May add more chilli we can keep in fridge for upto 10 days
