Ingredients

30 servings
  • 1x250g Marie Biscuits
  • 4 TBspMilo
  • 1/2 cupCoconut
  • 1x can of sweetened condensed milk
  • Coconut for coating the balls after you done rolling them

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the biscuits in a blender (it's easier and neater this way) till fine but not too fine, you still want the crunch inside

  2. 2

    Add the Milo, Coconut and Condensed milk. Blend together till they bind together

  3. 3

    Using a spoon or an ice cream spoon, individually spoon out the mixture and make the balls then roll each on the coconut left over

  4. 4

    Leave in the fridge to firm up and enjoy!

  5. 5

    Can be stored in the fridge for up to a month
