Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 1/2 kgHilsa fish
  2. 2 tbspmustard paste
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4black cumin seeds
  7. 2 tbspmustard oil
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean the fish properly

  2. 2

    Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt for 2,3 minutes

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.Shallow fry the fish.

  4. 4

    In same oil now add green chillies and black cumin seeds.

  5. 5

    Add all masala and 1cup water cook for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste.

  7. 7

    It is ready to serve
