Ingredients

  • 1 bowlDal washed and soaked
  • 4 bowlqater
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspFresh coriander
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 2finely chopped onion
  • 2finely chopped tomato
  • 2-3 tspOil
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add dal, salt, turmeric and cooked until 1 whistle.

  2. 2

    Take a tadka pan, add oil jeera, saute it, add onion and tomato saute it, add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and then boil dal.

  3. 3

    Garnish with fresh coriander.
