Knead fought of gatte.take a bowl add besan, salt, haldi, turmeric, add little water and make Dough.

Divide dough into equal parts, and boil into hot water.

Cut the gatta roll in to small pieces and keep a side.

Now heat oil in a pan, add jeera, splutter it, now add onion paste, garlic paste, saute till light pink, add tomato puree, saute well, add spices, add gatta and water.

Boil 2 to 3 minute.sabji is ready serve with chapati.
