Make raw mango puree with 10 besil leaves,and make ripe mango puree, cut capsicum and onion,tomato, in small pieces, cut garlic also.

Boil pasta with 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt

In a pan heat the oil add garlic and sate, add onion and sate for 1 min add capsicum and sate 1 min, add tomato and cook for 3-5 minutes

Add raw mango puree and cook for 1 min add 1 cup water and stir well cook for 1 min add pasta sauce and mix, add ripe mango puree and salt cook for 2 minutes if sauce is bhi thick add 1/2 cup water.

Add pasta in sauce and mix bhi well. Cook for another 3-4 min,off the stove and sprinkle some Italian seasoning, cover it for 1-2 minutes,

Place this pasta in any oven proof dish, cover with cheese and bake it for 15 min in preheated oven on 180℃

After baking the pasta grill it for 5 minutes. Your pasta is ready. Enjoy this yummy tangy pasta.
