Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1ltr milk
  2. 200 gmkhoya
  3. 2 cupmango puree
  4. 1 cupcherry puree
  5. to tastesugar
  6. 5-6green elachi
  7. as neededRose essence

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan,
    Add milk.

  2. 2

    When the milk started boiling add mango puree & cherry puree,
    Let it boil.

  3. 3

    Add khoya & sugar
    When it become thick add cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas
    Add rose essence.

  5. 5

    Garnish with cherry
    Serve hot or chilled.
