Melt the chocolate bar in a bowl. Keep this aside. Dip the pretzel sticks one at a time in the melted chocolate. Tap the pretzel sticks on the side of the bowl to get rid of the excess chocolate. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane toppings over dipped pretzel and place them on parchment paper to set.
