Take a bowl add ingredients for dough

Mash it little hard dough with water keep aside for 10 minutes

Take a pan put on heat add oil let it hot add green chilli coriander leaves garam masala, coriander powder, black salt red chilli powder, gram flour and cook on low heat for 4 minutes

Add mashed potatoes and white salt if required mix it cook on low heat for 2 minutes off heat

Make small and smooth balls with dough

Take a ball roll it make 3 cuts with knife

Put some filling fold like toffee

Make all toffees like that fry on low flame
