250 gmscottage cheese (Paneer)
50 gmscastor sugar
1/2 tspcardamom powder
Few threads of saffron
Sliced pistachios (optional)

Mash the cottage cheese with the hands for few minutes or until it gets smoother and then add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well

Set it in a plate. Sprinkle saffron threads and put it in refrigerator for cooling. Serve chilled
